The interview process followed a typical pattern, with three interviews starting with a phone screen with Talent Acquisition, followed by a technical interview by the Client Manager, and concluding with a behavioral interview with the Regional Manager. The entire process spanned approximately a month from application to the final interview. They were looking for a candidate with more experience in the pharmaceutical field, specifically with clients on the West Coast of the US (OR, CA, WA). After a week, they informed me that they preferred to move forward with another candidate. Although the outcome was peculiar, the people involved were very pleasant throughout the process, to the point of offering some hope. I sent an email to request feedback to improve my shortcomings (especially after three interviews, it would be good practice and kindness), but they never responded
