Submit Resume, wait for call if they do call you. No phone screening just one-on-one. next if selected schedule a second interview the next day so you can go sell door-to-door or stay in the office and help out with recruiting, some calls, setting maps so the sales people know where to go general hr duties.8 hours walking to each door with NO PAY, Is supposedly part of the interview where YOU CANT ASK QUESTIONS

Video interview, very interactive and fun, there were pre recorded questions and you record your answers to each interview question, the questions were very in depth but also some were light hearted and fun. all in all a good experience.

Charity Advertising and Marketing Partners has a Three step process during the interview stage. The first interview allows the interviewer to get to know you. The second is an on the job experience with another executive. Lastly, The third interview is the final decision with joining their team.

The interview process was ok. First interview was just a get to know you interview with another person. The second "interview" is where they have you walking door to door basically asking for money to help with whatever charity they are sponsoring at the time. We walked door to door for at least 8 hours. It was not what I expected at all.
