The interview process was relaxed and enjoyable. I met with an HR representative first and was given the details of their hiring process - intellectual and psychological testing, drug testing, etc. I then met with my immediate boss and CEO of the company on three separate occasions. Finally, I received a formal invitation to join the company in conjunction with an employment contract.
