All prospective employees were asked if they were able to work and were given a clear and concise explanation of what and why we were working for CBA.     Straight forward. 1 interview with HR and then 1 interview with the hiring manager ( SDM and program manager). SDM seemed like she was way out of her depth. I asked her a few questions about the program methodologies and she mumbled her way through.

    Have had interviews for 3 roles as I've moved a couple of times since joining. First interview to join the Bank consisted of face to face interview x 2, background checks, ref checks, etc. Once internal the following 2 interviews were face to face x 1 followed by ref check x 1 each.
