Interview
Casual internal interview, no curveball questions. Nice-seeming management who were polite and engaged. We discussed what the expectations were for the role and how it would be managed in broad terms. They also seemed interested in any ideas that could be brought to the position and support the wider team.

Long call with the HR rep that never materialized into anything. The rep did say they were passing on my materials to the hiring manager but they never chose to interview me. They eventually let me know that I didn't get the job. Very difficult to get in.
The guy kept asking me questions about my time in college and not the time about my experience which I found very weird and because I am able to proved an extensive list of experience. Then at the end of the interview he asked how would I feel if I were ask to bring coffee around. Very weird interview
