CCIWA interview questions

2 rounds of interviews, both face-to-face (one with direct manager & a people and culture consultant, other with colleagues in the same role/adjacent or one above). No offer on experience grounds (which is strange bc they contacted me for this position, fully aware of my prior experience beforehand), no other feedback provided.
