First there is a phone interview with basic questions. The on-site interview you are at a table with other candidates and people in the department. The people in the department are asking you questions. It was actually a cool interview process because interacted with other candidates. Then they ask for you to send an email after the interview about why you qualify for the position. I got called for an interview with the managers. The managers for the most part were ok and there was one who said he didn't think I was qualified for the position. Excuse me I have degrees and I'm doing outbound calling. I think I can handle this. Possibly over qualified but surely not under qualified. However, I didn't receive a call back which is poor on their part. If people take the time to interview at least have the decency and respect for people's time and travel.
