I had a group interview that went really well. The office is really awesome - it is pet friendly and I just love the positive and energetic vibe. I can totally see how this wouldn't be a fit for everyone but IT IS A FIT FOR ME!

Applied through indeed.com, contacted by recruiter and had phone interview, followed by a group interview with a panel of employees, followed by an interview with 2 directors. Received a call 2 days later with an offer pending a successful background check. From date of application to my first day was less than 6 weeks.
This was the single most bizarre interview ever. They don't tell you going into this that you'll interview with another candidate.
THIS IS NO JOKE!
The last interview question was inquiring as to how I would help them bury a dead body. I truly cried inside and felt pity and empathy for these three commissions Inc employees.

The process is consistent with that described by other reviewers.
1)Initial phone screening by recruiter
2) Face to face interview with panel of random employees (who may not be prepared to interview) where you will be unexpectedly joined by other candidates competing for the same job. Then asked to send an email detailing why you want the position.
3) Final interview with another random panel of employees, again they're unlikely to be prepared to interview you (no questions to ask, have't look at your resume). This is where it took a bad turn for me as I asked the majority of the questions while they seemed completely disinterested from hello.This time you're NOT flanked by other candidates competing for the same job.
-Seemingly the process is not about who is the best candidate for the job, instead, it is about which candidate the panels feel they will enjoy working with the most. Hopefully your personality fits the panels' interest.
