I remember having motivational, competency and situational questions but they may have changed it to include commercial questions this year you never know. For prep I would say prepare early for questions you know are likely to come up in most VIs such as why cms why apprenticeship tell me a time when … etc. Don’t write a script, just have a rough idea about what you would say for certain questions maybe in bullet point form/blurting.

Initial application, online testing and webcam interview before office interviews. Online testing was situational and was based on general knowledge. The webcam interview is recorded and in a video format and you have a 30 sec timer to prepare for the following question read what you need to answer.
