One stand alone interview with the HR department. Standard firm and personal questions. Average 30 mins interview, quick, short and to the point. Other than that they might take some time to call for interview and to reply afterwards.
I remember having motivational, competency and situational questions but they may have changed it to include commercial questions this year you never know.
For prep I would say prepare early for questions you know are likely to come up in most VIs such as why cms why apprenticeship tell me a time when … etc. Don’t write a script, just have a rough idea about what you would say for certain questions maybe in bullet point form/blurting.
