Foi realizada entrevista com duas pessoas do RH e uma pessoa coordenadora. Fizeram perguntas sobre o histórico profissional e explicaram todos os detalhes da vaga. Questionaram a pretensão salarial e não passaram a faixa de salário da vaga (famoso "leilão invertido" de quem dá menos). Ao final, disseram que iriam dar um retorno na data X e não deram. Obs. Contratam advogados como "autônomos", o que é pior do que contratar como associado. Disseram que não tem dedicação exclusiva, mas que "queriam alguém que se dedicasse mais ao escritório". A base processual do advogado seria de mais de 600 processos. A vaga era híbrida e tinha que ir no escritório nos dias determinados pela equipe. Ou seja, nem se tivessem feito proposta eu teria aceitado.
