I was approached by the Talent Acquisition Manager at CS Energy on LinkedIn who asked if I would be interested in the role they were advertising. I applied for the role and was asked to take time out of my working day to come in and interview. The interview process was fine with two relevant stakeholders and the line manager interviewing me. I was then told by their recruiter that I would hear back from them in a week as to whether they would like me to come in for a second interview. I didn't hear anything from them at the week mark so I followed up with the internal recruiter by email but didn't receive a reply. At the two week mark, I sent another email to the internal recruiter asking if I could get any feedback from them about my interview but never received a reply. In the end, I never received a reply from them at all to let me know I hadn't been successful or to give me feedback.
