Phone screening with recruiter to determine basic fitting. Very friendly and gave a lot of additional information. First interview was with hiring manager and coordinator. Very positive and welcoming atmosphere, just like a normal conversation. Gave more information about the role and asked for my technical and personal experiences. Interviews with Head of QC and Global Head of QC followed a few weeks later. Both very interesting and positive. Asked about background, aspirations and doubts. Everyone seemed very open and talked positive about the culture, the environment and the coworkers.
