Unorganized and long. Repeating questions between interviewers. It took a long time from the set up of the interview to receive an offer. The training and onboarding process was very different than i expected. Limited hands on training with high expectations for success.
Had to fill out an online application on the CVS website, followed by a 30 minute interview in-person. Didn't take very long. However, didn't tell give me an update on my application.
It is a basic in person interview with two of the main managers of the retail location. I feel they do that to get two different opinions on the one being interviewed. It wasn’t too long and not too short.
