Interview
the first step is a personality test over the phone and then a personality test online. after this is approved you go in for a group interview and golf skills test. The interview consists of very simple questions about recalling a moment in which you were honest, or loyal etc.
Interview was straightforward and entailed questions pertaining to the game of golf, rules and customer service experience questions as well. Second phase was an assessment and third phase is a group interview.

Interview
light phone interview asking about some basic golf knowledge then group interview that happened about a week later. The group interview was a quick easy process that was follow up by a background screening. After the check came back clear they were ready to get me in to do 3 different sessions of training for each type of caddying.
