easy process it was 1 interview with a 2 person panel over zoom because of Covid. They asked general STAR questions and asked what you know about the company and what they do for their members.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CalSTRS in Apr 2015

Applied online through school then manager contacted me for an interview. The applying process was easy and painful. Manager was very lenient when scheduling the time for the interview since i was in school.
