Interview
When I applied for this job I was not sure what to expect. I had applied online and they got back to me quickly to let me know that it was moving on to the next step. From there, I was contacted by Blu who conducted the interview. He was very vibrant on the phones and you could tell he has a lot of love for his company. Just from speaking with him, I was convinced this was going to be different than any other place I have worked.

What previous customer service experience do you have?
easy and quick, it was simple and easy to get the job. they will hire anyone. just be confident and positive. They are easy to talk to and simple questions about the basics of the job.
