You must submit your application and an introduction video. In the video you tell about your teaching experience and background. You can also talk about what areas you specialize in and any other pertinent information.

I did not have a formal interview. You only must submit a video for review .
Submitted Profile for Position as an English Tutor. Was very easy and asked why you wish to work there.Also asked to submit a short introductory video of yourself. and asked how you have heard about them.

Great interview proces. There is however a far too long waiting period for hearing back from Cambly. The website simply says your application is under review for months, possibly years.
