Very unstructured laid back interview. It was the opposite of what you would read on any guide to interview for a job in corporate finance. The questions were focused more on character and personal life than in on finance.
The owner leads the interview in a very honest, and friendly way.

No tricky or unexpected questions. As mentioned before, it wasn't the typical interview you read on the manual for corporate finance jobs. It was more of a friendly conversations with the senior partners. My guess is that they look for the right fit more than anything else.
