I had one in-person interview on my campus, and then I was told I got the job over the phone. The interview was not too hard and mostly just explained the role.

Interview
The virtual interview was just one round, and I got an email back around a week later with the acceptance. It was professional but still relaxed and genuine. They have a portal where you can accept or reject the offer.
Filled out the application. Then I was vetted and took a FaceTime with the upper management. Then went to the camp had a week of skills training. After that we had a week of counselor training.
