      Interview

Invited by email for an interview. But the decision process dragged on farther than what was promised. Poor lack of communication on their side. Very unprofessional especially for an hr position. Completely disappointed.

Behavior based questions- tell me a time you made a decision that your manager would usually make.

      Labour Relations/Human Resources Officer Interview

      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Canada Post (London, ON) in Aug 2015

      Interview

Given an HR scenario 48 hours before the interview to analyze and present your answers for a maximum of five minutes. Personally, I spent too much time on this and not enough on practicing possible questions. In the actual interview there was about 8 questions in total, all of which I found out could easily be deciphered by reading the job description (trust me); I definitely overthought this one. Two things to note: 1) They do not use people who you will be working with to interview. Mine came from Nova Scotia and Quebec, 2) They never got back to me either way which I found quite odd until I read reviews about the Federal government here on Glassdoor. Apparently I could get a call in a year....
