I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Canadian Nuclear Laboratories (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2016
Interview
It was very straightforward. Asked a lot of behavioral questions and tested what I knew about the company. Went through my resume and asked about a lot of the experiences and skills I listed. Overall it was pretty straight forward and easy.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Canadian Nuclear Laboratories in Jan 2016
Interview
Applied online through their site, had to include several references as well as the standard resume, cover letter, and basic personal information. I was interviewed by two people, someone from HR and someone from the engineering team, they were both very friendly and personable. The overall interview was casual, no real technical questions, it was much more about my overall experience.
