Canam interview questions

Asked to fill out a questionnaire before the initial phone interview. Did a phone interview and then was asked to come in for an in person interview. Was then asked to perform a skill assessment test, then a personality test. Was called back for a second interview and got positive notes. After all of this work and 3 weeks of waiting, I was sent an automated email of no selection. Had to call in due to the personal nature of the interview and the misleading attitude of interviewer acting like I was getting the job after all these tests. The interviewer made it clear that too many women had been hired in their department so they had to go with a man this time. Waste of time and disrespectful.
