The interview has several steps which in itself is a challenge to keep motivated till the end and at the end they just give you a simple email that you are rejected. The process was great starting with the submission of a resume and cover letter. The next stage was a take-home assessment in the form of an essay. After that stage was an interview to get to know you and also for the candidate to get to know the company. This was where I was axed. No reason was given so most likely a culture fit or location issue. The preliminary interview went pretty well though.
