TLDR: Don't apply or expect nothing out of it, even if you are thinking you are having nice results.
Whole process took 4 months!
Let's start with the basics. Structure wise, interview process you go through a written interview, generic psychometric challenge, introductory interview, challenge and then like 3 "technical" interviews where you are interviewed by an engineer and a last interview by either you hiring manager or someone higher up.
Most people you meet there are super nice and friendly. Environment there seemed nice and everything is quite accessible difficulty wise. I have never gotten much technical questions, mostly were related to styling decisions and overall feedback over their Vanilla Framework
Now looking back at the negative aspects (which are a lot). Feedback is non existent through phases, you only get generic email telling you to schedule a next appointment with a random member of canonical. Steps take way to long. As I said, it took 4 months total, 3 months for the whole process interview and 1 month to which they said they were preparing an offer, which surprise, it didn't, they were just waiting for other candidates to compare them. There is absolutely no transparency through the whole process, so you don't know what is happening and, on my last phase, it was a total lack of respect for the interviewees since they straight up lie about the state of your interview.
Do not recommend.
