A waste of time, I would say. A written interview with 14 questions and 2 interviews with team members. The interviews went well and no offer was made without explanation. The interviewers were nice and professional.

waste of time. they make you take a bunch of IQ tests as if that's some sort of signal that you'll be good at sales. i get what they're going for but don't think it actually increases the level of talent
