I passed three rounds of interviews and invested a considerable amount of time, only to fail the psychometric assessment. Despite recommendations to take the test in my native language, I struggled due to the inadequate translation of the test materials. In regard to the Canonical psychometric assessment: it does not test your ability to perform your work. You should be ashamed of the design of your interview process. I am glad not to be a part of this company!
