I was contacted by someone named Caitlin, who said she wanted my availability to discuss the loan analyst and/or loan consultant roles. I provided this information to her and she never followed up. The interview process is conducted through Sparkhire, which means you'll be asked questions and your answers will be recorded and sent to the company. You will also have to answer a couple of behavioral questions. Next will be an assessment to see how you learn or think through problems. The last thing you will need to do is complete an essay question. Once I got through all of this I was ghosted.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What new process in the past did you put in place and how was it successful? This was a Sparkhire question as well as an essay question.
Phone screen, in person interview, zoom interviews, personality quiz, and some self recorded interview responses. The last two were a pain to get through especially because it was right after the phone screen and I didn’t know much about the role yet.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CapCenter (Glen Allen, VA) in Aug 2021
Interview
It was a simple process. Overall the interview was as expected and basic behavioral questions. It was pleasant and not too difficult at all. I would say it’s probably an extremely easy job to get.
