Interview
I found the posting on Access UT, and applied via Capital Metro's website. I was contacted 3 weeks later for an interview, and went in to the headquarters on East 5th Street for an interview the next week. Interview was with the Risk Manager, Principal Claims Specialist, and Senior Claims Specialist. 5 questions, all behavioral. Offer came 5 weeks later.
