Interview
HR was nice but not the hiring manager, who was judgey and upon hearing I’m interested in using data analytics, told me that the department is dealing more on regulations and hope I read the job description clearly. She clearly lost interest after that (5-10 mins into the interview) I don’t see why DA can’t help in a job that deals with regulations, and it was stated in JD that analysis is part of the role. Probably should read my resume before calling for an interview so we don’t waste each other time. Shortest interview I ever had because I just want it to end

Interview
Started with a phone call with HR, followed by two rounds of face-to-face interviews and one writing test. The process was structured and HR was communicative throughout.
Phone call with HR: straightforward, to learn more about your background, interests and skill sets
Face-to-face interviews:
First round was with the direct reporting officer and her boss. It was straightforward but the reporting officer I met appeared passive aggressive.
Second round was with the group head, who conducted the interview in a firm but professional manner..
