Capital Law interview questions

It was an initial and straight to the point interview. The recruiter wanted to know more about you as a person, rather than focusing on the actual job itself. I suppose they are looking for candidates who adapts well to social situations, given that being a paralegal entail liaising with clients, other parties' solicitors and so on.
