It consisted of just one phone call interview. They asked me about my past employment, and my interest in the company. It was quick and they hired me on the spot!
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capsule (New York, NY)
Interview
Got a phone interview first. The person I spoke to was nice and we had a good rapport. She brought me in to meet with 2 other managers. One was nice. He asked straightforward questions and listened to what I was saying. The second manager who interviewed me was super aggressive. He spoke for almost 20 solid minutes and made me listen to his entire employment background and every time I tried to jump in he steamrolled me. Interview at your own risk.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer.
I only made it through the phone interview which is fine. When I applied online, I heard within a few days about the phone interview. I would say the interview was easy. The only difficult part was that it was hard to hear the interviewer. It sounded like he was in a steel factory and there was a lot of beeping and crashing sounds.
