If you're out finishes early you still get paid the hours your scheduled

No driver support, heavy on the petty nonsense. Logistics are terrible dispatchers are not professional. Questionable tips reimbursement. Drivers are treated bad

They’re constantly adding to work load, constantly being managed, no job security. The goal isn’t clear and constantly changing or adding unnecessary tasks. It’s never enough. No raises, they’re constantly adding more work to do but don’t pay you to do it.
