One on one video interview. Very laid back and friendly “let’s get to know each other” interview. Extremely friendly staff to work with. Any advice would be just to be yourself and tell them why they deserve you, and vice versa.

You do an initial Phone interview with a recruiter, then do a recorded video interview with the recruiter (they assist by giving you the information to talk about), and then do a video interview with Operations Manager.

I disclosed my background on the initial application. I went through 2 interviews, accepted the job offer and was really excited to start. They then called me saying they couldn't hire me due to my background which they 100% knew upfront. They told me my references and mvr were perfect. I'm very disappointed in the process. I was looking forward to working for CKE.
