Interview

I spoke with Kirk Schrader, VP of Personnel and Culture Development. The interview was pleasant and Kirk was easy to talk to. He showed interest in who I am and how I might contribute to the company based on my prior experience and even connected me to managers at a location that was closer to where I live.

Question 1

Can you think of a time when you witnessed something unethical involved with a colleague? How did you handle it? Did you speak directly with your colleague or did you go to management? How was the situation resolved?

The interview was pretty slandered. They asked basic questions. Was interviewed by six different people. They offered me a job but the base pay was lower then what they agreed to in the interview and it had no information regarding how the commission worked..
