I interviewed with Carbon38 for a Project Manager role through a recruiting agency. After my submission it took a month before I heard back. I then had a video interview with the hiring manager. She told me about the company and the role and then asked me if I had questions for her. She did not have any questions for me I had to steer the interview with my questions. I've never experienced an interview like this.
