The graduate trainee recruitment process starts with an assessment test. There was Verbal and numerical reasoning. It’s usually CBT and calculators are not allowed. You should just practice your timing especially for the numerical reasoning. I didn’t make it pass this first stage but that’s because I’m not so great at maths. But I believe the next stage it a group task at the company.
