      Pros

      The salary is decent. Almost above average and there is profit-sharing/bonus. The company has the ability to stretch you if you have a great boss. The company doesn’t make you into a better person, your boss does.

      Cons

      Some of the bosses are very toxic. Whatever you do, avoid IS. You will lose yourself and become depressed and it will happen so fast.
