I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at CareCentrix (Tampa, FL) in Jul 2013
Interview
I sent a cold email to an actuary in the company on a Saturday and got a reply Monday morning requesting a phone interview on Wednesday. We chatted on the phone about my history and things that were happening in the industry and in the company and then we set up an in person interview for the next Monday.
I then interviewed with three people face-to-face including the managing actuary and the VP of pricing. They didn't really ask any gotcha kind of questions, just a whole lot of "tell me about this on your resume" and we talked about the intricacies of a demo project I had sent them.
They called me about two hours after I left the building to offer me the job. From start to finish the whole process took just over a week.
