I had a highly disappointing and unprofessional experience with this company. I was offered a position on a Wednesday, only to be unexpectedly scheduled for an additional interview with the department head that Friday—despite the role not having direct involvement with that position. The following Wednesday, I was informed by the recruiter that the offer was being rescinded, as they had decided to go in a different direction with the role. This abrupt reversal reflects a serious lack of coordination and professionalism in the hiring process. It’s evident that there’s misalignment within the department, and unfortunately, this experience justifies the negative reviews the company has received. If the recruitment process is this disorganized, it raises concerns about how the company itself is managed.
