Very long process, took about 2,5 - 3 months. I had an interview invitation after about 2,5 months after I sent my application. Interview itself was OK, nothing special or tricky, just background questions and explanations about position. In the end of interview they said that will be contacting a few successful candidates very soon as position is urgent (quite funny especially given the length of the process). I've been told that candidates that made to final stage, are going to psychological assessment (usually take a whole day), because "this is HR requirement", which sounded like excuse. For me it's rather negative sign as it shows the company is looking for "suitable person" whose qualification is rather secondary. Perhaps not the best place for IT people.
