Applied online, received a call about three weeks later asking me to come in the next day. Met with HR and then the front of house manager. Both described the position and said they would contact my references. Received offer a week later.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Carnegie Hall (New York, NY) in Sep 2019
Interview
There was a phone screening, followed by an HR interview. After that I had another meet and greet with the manager and soon I was hired within couple of weeks.
Just need to make sure you have some kind of music admin background and a nicely printed resume.
