I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Carousell (Bengaluru) in Mar 2023
Interview
It was a smooth interview process. I floated my resume on a hiring platform and shortly got a call from one of the technical recruiters who by the way was very helpful throughout the process. The first round was a take home assignment, which had to be done within a week, I felt that there was enough time given for the assignment, which is a good thing and also the recruiter explained very clearly what is expected out of the assignment and on what basis the assignment would be evaluated. After clearing the assignment there were two rounds of technical interviews - one on the assignment itself and other was a mix of Android and System design interview. After that there were two cultural fitment rounds with EM and ED respectively Overall the interview experience was very nice and all the interviewers were very helpful and humble.
