I interviewed at Carpedia International (Toronto, ON)
Interview
The interview process began with two initial screening calls with HR, which focused on assessing overall fit, communication skills, and alignment with the firm’s culture and values. These conversations provided an opportunity to share my background and motivation while also confirming role expectations.
Following the HR stage, I was invited to complete a take-home case interview. This exercise tested problem-solving, analytical ability, and structured thinking under limited time and information. I prepared a comprehensive deliverable that outlined my approach, assumptions, and recommendations.
The final step was a question period with a senior manager, where I presented my case insights and fielded deeper questions. This stage emphasized my ability to think on my feet, defend my reasoning, and demonstrate business judgment in real-time.
Shortly after completing the process, I was extended an offer, reflecting strong performance across all interview stages.

Interview
Starts with a 30 minute screen call with HR, then you are put in touch with a Senior Consultant for another 30 minute call. This is an opportunity to ask questions, learn about the culture, and meet someone from the team. Then you ae given a case with 3 days to prepare, the case is usually an operations case. 3 days later, you have a 1.5 hour call with the Managing Director/Partner, another senior consultant, and HR, where you give a 30 minute presentation (back-and-forth) on the case and your findings. Then you have a 1 hour behavioural with the MD/Partner. Cultural fit is highly emphasized throughout the interviewing process.

Question 1
What was one of your weaknesses in your last role/internship?
I applied online. I interviewed at Carpedia International
Interview
I completed the screening interview with Carpedia. They told me that they wanted to consider me for the opportunity and that I would be contacted by the end of the week to schedule my interviews. It's been 3 weeks already. I have sent 3 follow up emails and have not received a response. I find this extremely unprofessional and it does not speak well of the company. I have other offers waiting just so I can consider Carpedia as a potential opportunity, and I have stated that in my follow-up emails and still nothing.
