I got an interview after submitting my application. At the interview I was asked questions about how I would handle certain situations at work. All the questions were relevant to the role, and nothing a support worker wouldn’t be expected to know. The interviewers were nice and supportive.

Waiting for 10 minutes for document checking and having the interview for 40 minutes. The workplace is spacious, arranged and lively and is located in Falkirk and near ASDA. The staffs of this company are helpful and friendly.
