This interview process was interesting...First.. the pay is horrible. I can't imagine anyone getting excited to work there because the workload vs the pay aren't aligned. The pay was my biggest issue with this role/company and that was obviously made clear. But I wanted to keep an open mind and proceed. I had a screening first.. the person claimed I was "such a good fit" and my resume was exactly what they were looking for. They immediately booked me in for the next round. I was asked in-depth questions and the pay was confirmed once more.. I had a feeling I wouldn't have been chosen because they sensed I had issues with the extremely low salary. I wish companies would be more transparent on the job post about salary range.. it'll save them and a lot of us the trouble of applying. Overall I'm not disappointed about their decision. However they ghosted me and didn't have the decency to send a rejection email.
