      Administrative Assistant II Interview

      Dec 16, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Bedford, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Carter BloodCare (Bedford, TX)

      Interview

The interview process was straightforward. Met with the HR person first. I then came back to meet with the hiring manager and director. It was a nice meeting, not stressful. They asked the standard questions about experience and background. They said they had a few more candidates to speak with and would be in touch in a few days. They called me back in and offered me the position in person. The whole process was less than 2 weeks.

      Question 1

How do you make difficult decisions?
      1 Answer

      Question 2

This wasn't a question but my observation....although I was qualified they came in at a lower salary than I expected. I had to be assertive and push back to get more money. It still wasn't what I thought was appropriate. So be prepared to negotiate and state why you are worth more money. They area not for profit, but good people are an investment.
