Cascade Power interview questions

Cold-emailed the company with my resume and got a swift response. Interview was quite conversational and casual. Asked about previous experience, what I hoped to get from the experience, strengths, weaknesses... we talked about company direction and what the different positions were like.

The interview process was pleasant and comfortable. The operations manager and administrator both interviewed me. They were very kind and facilitated the interview in a conversation-like, informal way.
