When I went in for my interview it was professional and short. I had worked for Casey's before and I was returning for a second chance. They were in the process of opening a new store and location and was looking to hire. They asked about my previous experiences with Casey's before. Wanted to make sure I was willing to travel and I had transportation. They also wanted to make sure that I was willing to work any hours and days that were given to me

During the interview there were no difficult or unexpected questions that were asked of me. It was all well handled and professional. They explained what I was hired to do and when my start date was. they also explained that I would be training at one Casey's and then transferred to another Casey's once my training was over.

Apply online. Called in for 1st interview. Go in to fill out paperwork and watch training videos. The training videos take about 3 hours. Manager will give you a start date and schedule.

Interview
Sent in app and got a call back within 1 week, went in and sat down with the store manager. Asked me some very simple questions, talked about how many hours I want and what the job requirements were, talked to me about my previous experience in that sort of job, and talked to me about my salaries and what was next in the process.

They asked me if I would like to work here, they felt that I would be a GOOD match for the Job Duties . They knew me prior to this process . I knew some of them prior to me working here and liked the food and atmosphere
