I had two interviews, the first one in depth, and the second was very brief. They were both at a local Starbucks. It was very "business casual." The first interview was very in depth, they had me fill out an application right there on the spot with all of my past/present work experience and a list of duties. Throughout the first interview, my interviewer went through my application and asked questions relating to what I had written down. The second interview was all about where I went to school and my daily life, it was mostly to get my availability.
